Terms of use
The rules that apply to accessing and using the teamdevia.com website.
Last updated: 2 September 2026.
On this page
These terms govern access to the teamdevia.com website and its use. They concern the site alone: development work is covered by a separate contract, specific to each project.
By accessing the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, it is up to you not to use it.
1. Access to the site
The site is free to use, with no account to create and no sign-in. Internet access and equipment costs remain yours.
We do our best to keep the site available at all times, without being bound to do so. Access may be interrupted at any moment, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.
2. Nature of the content
The site presents what we do. The information on it is given for guidance only: it is neither a commercial offer in the legal sense, nor a contractual commitment, nor technical advice.
The software screens shown are illustrations. The values they display are fictional and correspond to no real client data.
We may change the content of the site at any time, without notice.
3. The request form
The site offers a form for describing a project to us and leaving your contact details. Sending it is not an order, not acceptance of an offer, and not a mutual commitment: it starts a conversation, nothing more.
You undertake to enter accurate information only, and not to use the form for anything other than describing a real project. What happens to the data you enter is described in our privacy policy.
4. Expected use
You undertake to use the site for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law. The following are prohibited in particular:
- any attempt at unauthorised access to, alteration of, or disruption of the site or the servers hosting it;
- automated or bulk extraction of its content;
- sending unlawful or abusive content, or unsolicited commercial approaches, through the form;
- any use liable to harm the security or the availability of the site.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its structure, its texts, its illustrations, its code and its visual identity are protected. The name “Teamdevia” and the logotype are distinctive signs of the publishing company.
No reproduction, display, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, is permitted without prior written agreement, other than the exceptions provided by law, including quotation with attribution.
6. Links
The site may link to third-party sites. Those links are provided for convenience: we have no control over those sites and accept no liability for their content or their practices.
You are free to link to teamdevia.com, provided the link does not damage the company’s image and does not mislead anyone as to where the content comes from.
7. Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the information published accurate and the site available. We do not, however, guarantee the absence of errors, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every configuration.
We cannot be held liable for any harm arising from use of the site, from it being unavailable, from a virus on your equipment, or from the use you make of the information on it.
8. Personal data and cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It measures its audience anonymously, without cookies. That measurement and the data you send us through the form or by email are handled as described in our privacy policy.
9. Accessibility
The site’s level of conformance with the French accessibility standard (RGAA) is published in our accessibility statement, which also explains how to report a problem with access to us.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed at any time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your visit; the date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute about use of the site, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
Details of the publisher and the host appear on the legal notice.
